This year we will have begin keeping our own hive of bees on the property. Honey bees are in great danger and anything we can do to help them we will. There will be flowers everywhere! This is a first for us and we are learning so much about bees and their amazing ways.
I have the opportunity to tag along with a local beekeeper this winter/early spring to learn the ropes and get comfortable with the bees before we bring our own colony home. I am beyond excited about this!
